Grandmaster Gracenin will teach the short 10 Movement T’ai Chi Form, a wonderful set based on the Yang family style. The workshop will be appropriate for everyone–regardless if you are true beginner or have learned an entire form. Master Gracenin is an amazing teacher from whom you will learn much about Tai Chi principles and movements. The cost for the workshop is $40.11:30 A.M. Lebanon, PA 15228GrandMaster Nick Gracenin, Inside Kung-Fu Hall of Fame – Man of the Year, will celebrate a Pennsylvania homecoming in Pittsburgh offering world-class instruction in Traditional Chinese Martial and Healing Arts.
    Chan Si Gong, or Silk-Reeling Exercises, found in the Chen style of Taijiquan consist of spiral move-ments combined with the internal flow of qi and the external motion of rotation. These exercises help to open the eight channels, improve the yin and yang balance of the body, and to smooth the flow of blood. They internally help the mind to lead the qi and externally help strengthen the body.

Lebanon PA 15228Created by the late Grandmaster Li Tianji to connect the sword skills of Taijiquan and Wudang Baguazhang, this routine is quite popular in China and has been promoted by his nephew Professor LiDeyin. The 42-form international competition routine is based on this choreography.
  • Here is an excellent opportunity for those fortunate to have studied previously, and a challenging yet fun introduction for those new to this choreography. Many of the skills taught in the sword energies workshop are included in the set, so newcomers can take away quite a bit.
